Increment I: The modernization of the existing buildings A, N, and P. The demolition of existing classroom wings; the construction of a new multi-use building C, the construction of a new classroom building B, lunch shelter, and exterior site improvements. The modernization shall include, but may not be limited to, underground utility replacement, concrete and asphalt replacement, landscaping, new HVAC systems, selective lighting system replacement, new windows and doors, and selective replacement of architectural finishes.

Increment II: Connection of 2 modular classroom buildings including, but not limited to, building foundations, infrastructure utility tie-in, and specific interior M.E.P. connections.

Engineer's Estimate: $43,000,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: ELLIS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MODERNIZATION & NEW CONSTRUCTION (Bid No. 2021-04) located at 825 W. Iowa Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
