Scope of Work: at various locations throughout the Richmond District in the northwest corner of San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, sewer replacement, traffic routing, and all related work.

Engineer's Estimate: $7,300,000

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED San Francisco LBE subcontractors. Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 25%. SFPUC-LBE's cannot be utilized. Truckers and Material/Equipment Suppliers are requested to forward bids for the following Project. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner operated equipment, or purchase of materials.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control, changeable Message Sign; Concrete inc. Curb/Gutter; Paving Work; Manholes, Frames & Covers; Television of lnspection of existing & new Sewers; Trucking; and Pipe Materials for the Project advertised as: RICHMOND RESIDENTIAL STREETS PAVEMENT RENOVATION & SEWER REPLACEMENT (Contract #1000017356) located in San Francisco, CA. Bids are due to Owner on August 18, 2021, at 2:30 PM.
