Major components of Project Work consist of: Removal of existing modular building including abatement of hazardous materials, construct permanent building, walkways, patio, wrought iron fencing, accessible parking, site lighting, site utilities, and renovation of the landscaping surrounding the building.

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: California School for the Deaf - Fremont Middle School Activity Building (Project #142531.RESD) located at 39350 Gallaudet Drive, Fremont, CA 94538. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
