BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Furnish and Install exterior set of doors with panics and interior doors with a similar pull handle only & no lock. All new Door closers, new threshold. One set of doors per bank to get a new ADA operator - Record 8100 series and new BEA push plates - LP36. Reuse the existing electrical from the existing 2 operators. Doors to all be single lite 1/2" clear tempered doors with 1 - bottom rails and 4" top rails. All work on Premium time weekend - 1 bank of 6 complete per weekend, two consecutive weekends. Demo the inside 2 walls, patch and make paint ready.

Proposal to include the following: Permit & Fees, New doors and hardware. All work to be done during premium time off hours - Mon - Fri after 5 PM all day Saturday or Sunday. Permits, shop drawings, any warranty expressed or implied on the existing windows, doors, glass or hardware not being replaced, any touch up paint as applicable or needed, any new electrical work or wiring unless noted above, any new film/signage or film removal, any other glass or glass type, premium time labor, unless added to the scope, any other hardware, glass, film or work not specifically noted above, or any other scope not specifically noted above, Protection and damage during and after installation and final cleaning.

This project is a Public Works project and will be subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements.
