The Project consists of, but not limited to:
A. New single story multi-purpose building, modular site elevator with path of travel upgrade, entry plaza and landscaping, emergency generator, trash enclosure, emergency generator and reconfiguration of existing parking lots.
B. Removal of existing multi-purpose building, covered walkway, portable, and hardscape.
C. Relocation of existing portable and storage containers.
D. Careful removal, storing and protecting of existing solar panels.
E. Selective demolition as per:

Engineer's Estimate: $12,500,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: NEW MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS AT SLEEPY HOLLOW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (Bid #61770-24) located at 20 Washington Lane, Orinda, CA 94563. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2021.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
