The Project consists of, but not limited to, the following:
- Building G: New prefabricated DSA-preapproved elevator; new mop sink in janitor's closet, new chain link door to storage room, grind/polish concrete stairs, two new roof ladders.
- Building A: New aluminum windows, waterproofing work to exterior of building walls.
- Exterior site: new fence/gate at building E. New gate at the VAPA building. New flagpole, replacement of garden shed doors with hollow metal, two electrical outlets at the garden.
- All buildings to receive new paint.

ON POINT CONSTRUCTION, as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: OXFORD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: WEST CAMPUS FOLLOW-ON (Project #150.2102) located at 2020 Bonar St., Berkeley, CA 94702. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on January 27, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
