Estimated Construction Value: $7,000,000 to $9,000,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: EL CARMELO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MODERNIZATION AND CONSTRUCTION (Contract #EC-22) located at 3024 Bryan St., Palo Alto, CA 94306. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2022.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
