The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work:
Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removing and installing utility (storm drain, sanitary sewer, water, electrical, natural gas, telecom, etc.) systems, utility services, street lighting, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, street paving, landscape and irrigation, SWPPP, Site Management Plan compliance, traffic controls, and any associated work necessary for Project completion at the plant-designated locations.

This Project is situated on the following City streets:
West Midway Ave, West Tower Ave, Pan Am Way, Lexington, St, Saratoga St and Monarch Ave.

Engineer's Estimate: $25,000,000 - $28,000,000

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking Subcontractor quotes, Owner-Operator Equipment, and Material/Equipment Suppliers for the Project advertised as: ALAMEDA POINT REUSE AREA REPLACEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE PHASE 1 AND 2.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Work Including Sidewalks; Street Lights Conduits, Boxes, Wiring; Television Inspection; Grading, Paving & Bikeway Paving; Domestic Backflow Devices; Trucking; Vaults; Pipe and Valve Materials; Manholes; Electrical; and SWPPP. Bids are due to Owner on January 25, 2022, at 2:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting bids by NOON ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2022 in order for bids to be considered.
