XL Construction will be bidding a design-build construction of a new 60,000 sf six-story building that includes classrooms, student services, and administrative office spaces. The site is located in downtown Berkeley, CA. Construction is scheduled from the 2nd quarter 2023 through the 4th quarter of 2024.

PREQUALIFICATION: All Subcontractors wishing to bid on this Project must be prequalified with XL Construction beforehand. Please email: prequal@xlconstruction.com to request a Prequalification Package. Include “BCC West project #4668” in the subject line of your email. The Elevator bid package will issued on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, with a bid date of Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Noon.
