Description | INCREMENT 2 (Under This Submittal): New classroom / library building and associated site and facility improvements. Construction of a 16,500 sq.ft. one story, wood framed classroom/library building (Unit E), interior remodel of previously occupied 1,500 sq.ft. one story, wood framed library to a new main office (Unit B), and a 1,200 sq.ft. metal pedestrian walkway. Full electrical, low voltage and fire alarm systems to be included as part of the construction. Completion of staff/visitor parking lot (18 stalls), student drop-off lane, and miscellaneous site improvements. Construction of canopy structure between Unit A and Unit E. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION BY 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2022. Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
