INCREMENT 2 (Under This Submittal): New classroom / library building and associated site and facility improvements. Construction of a 16,500 sq.ft. one story, wood framed classroom/library building (Unit E), interior remodel of previously occupied 1,500 sq.ft. one story, wood framed library to a new main office (Unit B), and a 1,200 sq.ft. metal pedestrian walkway. Full electrical, low voltage and fire alarm systems to be included as part of the construction. Completion of staff/visitor parking lot (18 stalls), student drop-off lane, and miscellaneous site improvements. Construction of canopy structure between Unit A and Unit E. Demolition of 6 classroom buildings.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
This Project requires Prevailing Wages.
This Project is a PLA (Public Labor Agreement) project.
There is a DVBE or Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise participation goal of 3%.
MEP subs must be prequalified with the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District.

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: Cleo Gordon New Classroom / Library Building and Main Office Remodel (Bid #22F-125) located at 1950 Dover Ave, Fairfield, CA 94533. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
