The Project consists of, but not limited to, the following: Renovation of existing home economics classroom, work includes removal of existing built-in elements, furred walls, and finishes; installation of new finishes, flooring, walls, and ceiling; installation of new food service equipment, modifications to existing structural, mechanical, and electrical systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

ON POINT CONSTRUCTION, as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: WILLARD CTE (Project #131.2101) located at 2425 Stuart St., Berkeley, CA 94705. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on March 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

Trades and/or Material Suppliers Requested: Flooring, Electrical, Structural, Concrete, Demo, Painters, Carpentry.
