The Project consists of:
01. Remove existing parking striping and signage at existing parking stalls. Remove soil as needed to create proper slope for new ADA parking stalls.
02. Demolish existing slab at walkway
03. Remove existing curb ramp
04. Remove existing handrails at Unit 3
05. Remove existing ramp and railing
06. Remove existing stair railing
07. Grind down existing trip hazard at back ramp
08. Provide new 2 ADA parking stalls with new wheel stops and signage
09. Provide new curb ramp
10. Provide new ramp and railing
11. Provide new handrail at existing stairs and entrance platform
12. Provide new directional signage
13. Grind down existing concrete back door ramp to be flushed
14. Adjust front door sill to comply with ADA requirements
15. The works are subjected to passing the CASP review & inspection

Estimated Construction Value: $250,000

NBC CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING, INC. is requesting Proposals on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: LAS VISTAS TRAINING CENTER PARKING AND SITE ACCESSIBILITY ADA UPGRADE (Project #20600) located at 2300 Fairmont Dr., San Leandro, CA 94578. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

All Bidders are hereby notified that provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California, regarding Prevailing Wages shall be applicable to the work performed under this Contract. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1773, the General Prevailing Wage Rates have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations and appear in the California and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, which can be found at: https://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm. Future effective wage rates which have been predetermined and are on file with the CA DIR are referenced but not printed in such publication.
