The Project consists of the following: Abatement and demolition scope includes removal of contaminated soil and asphalt paving, as well as selective foundation demolition. New construction consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of 5 new buildings inclusive of: Classroom Buildings, Performing Arts Center, Cafeteria/Kitchen, Library, and Gymnasiums. Scope also includes, compaction, rough and finish grading, import and export of soil, installation of underground utilities, new concrete foundations; tilt-up and steel framed building systems; new flooring, curtain walls, doors, frames, and hardware; new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, low-voltage systems/equipment and conduit infrastructure for new intrusion detection system, including full commissioning and connectivity to Central Station Monitoring Center. In addition to related site work, AC paving, parking improvements, striping, concrete curbs, exterior lighting, and landscaping. The project scope includes a Central Chiller Plant with campus-wide distribution.

Work includes Pinole Valley Road curb and gutter removal and replacement, new curb, gutter and sidewalk, curb ramp construction, cold milling, asphalt-concrete street resurfacing, crack filling, roadway striping, AC pavement reconstruction, intersection controls systems, and other items as required by the Plans and
Specifications.
