WORK INCLUDES:
01. Furnish and install approximately 4,075 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and coated steel (ML&CS) pipe and 6,250 linear feet of 24-inch mortar lined and plastic coated steel (ML&PCS), including all connection piping, appurtenances, and fittings, in Oakland and Alameda.
02. Furnish and install approximately 605 linear feet of conductor casing.
03.Furnish and install approximately 3,000 linear feet of 32-inch HDPE pipe under the Oakland Inner Harbor by horizontal directional drilling.
04. Furnish and install a flow meter and all associated electrical, civil, and structural appurtenances.
05. Provide required traffic control measures.
06. Provide final paving and site restorations.
07. Abandon existing 24-inch, 20-inch and 4-inch cast iron pipes.
08. Perform related required work as shown on the Drawings and as specified.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Demolition; Hazardous Material Hauling; Trucking; Excavation; Fill; Concrete; Rebar; Bolting; Mechanical; Electrical; Pipeline Materials and horizontal directional drilling; Landscaping; and Paving for the Project advertised as: OAKLAND INNER HARBOR PIPELINE CROSSING - EBMUD located at 1201 Marina Village Parkway, Alameda CA 94501 (Specification #2155). Bids are due to Owner on April 27, 2022, at 1:30 PM.
