| Description | UC Berkeley Bechtel Engineering Center - Design-Build Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection (MEPF) Bid (PREQUALIFICATION) Addition to and renovation of the existing Bechtel Engineering Center on the UC Berkeley campus. The 36,000 sq. ft. addition will add two-stories on top of the existing two-story 40,000 sq. ft. cast in place concrete structure. Construction is scheduled from Summer 2023 through the 4th quarter of 2024. The MEPF bid packages will be issued during the week of May 16, 2022 with a bid date the week of June 13, 2022. |
