Description

The objective of the Project is to improve existing San Joaquin Pipeline (SJPL) System so that it will allow safe personnel entry to segments of pipelines without a system shutdown. This contract is for the improvement of Phase 1B which focuses on SJPL #3 & SJPL #4. The scope of work will include 1) uprate a 78-inch butterfly valve on SJPL#3 and a 90-inch butterfly valve on SJPL #4 at the Tesla Valve House; 2) Install 5 Removable Spool Pieces and new vaults at Tesla Portal, P4J Tie-In and Oakdale Portal for SJPL #3 and #4. The work is to be performed in San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County, California.
