Project consists of painting the entire exterior of all buildings on campus (including but not limited to walkways, the underside of overhangs, etc), replacing certain doors and associated hardware and providing room signs to all doors on the exterior of buildings. The scope also includes painting the interior of Building A, B, C1, C2, D1, D2, and Classroom K4, refer to plans and specifications for other miscellaneous scope items as identified.

Estimated Construction Value: $1,250,000

ON POINT CONSTRUCTION, as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: COLTON MIDDLE SCHOOL DOOR REPLACEMENT AND PAINTING (Project #8353) located at 100 Toda Vista, Monterey, CA 93940. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on May 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

Trades and/or Material Suppliers Requested: Painters, Carpenters, and Demo.
