| Description | MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE's are requested to meet the LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement of 25%, Participation for this Project is 11% MBE, 3% WBE, 11% OBE. The three categories of LBE's are Small-LBE' s, Micro-LBE's, or SBA-LBEs are eligible for an LBE bid discount if the LBE is CMD certified. Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following Project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking; Concrete; Rebar; Changeable Message Signs; Manhole frame & covers; Design of Structural Support; Television Inspection; Electrical; Piping including valves materials; Landscaping, including tree pruning; and Paving for the Project advertised as: JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD PAVEMENT RENOVATION AND SEWER REPLACEMENT in San Francisco, CA (Sourcing Event ID No. 0000005574).
