The objective of the Project is to install impressed current cathodic protection system at 11 different locations for the existing Bay Division Pipelines Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the Palo Alto Pipeline at locations in Fremont, Newark, Redwood City, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto and Stanford.

The Work for each location includes the installation of AC power to the rectifier, 300-feet deep anode, excavation to expose the existing pipeline for the structure test lead connections, associated conduits and wirings, and restoration of the excavated areas to match existing. The Work includes installation of 225 test stations on the existing pipeline appurtenances.

Bidders are required to have Class "A" and "C-10" California Contractors Licenses in order to bid. Bidders or Bidders' subcontractor shall have a valid California "C-57" License in order to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing."

Engineer's Estimate: $3,900,000
