The Work to be done under this Contract is located at Esprit Park, 700 Minnesota Street, San Francisco. The Work consists of site improvements with demolition; tree removal; environmental work; grading; drainage; soils management; utility work; paving; curb ramp replacement; granite slab wall construction; tree protection decking; new exercise equipment installation; new fencing, site furnishings and signage; new drinking fountains, installation of poured in place resilient surfacing and synthetic grass surfacing; planting and irrigation, installation of boulders, and installation of shipping container. Class "A" License is required to bid as a Prime Contractor.

Engineer's Estimate: $4,282,999

The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE (8.00% MBE; 3.70% WBE; 8.30% OBE) and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & MicroLBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement.. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following Project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking; Hazardous Material Disposal; Picnic Tables; Park Benches with Backrest; and Environmental Work for the Project advertised as: ESPRIT PARK RENOVATION (Sourcing Event No. 0000007132). Bids are due to Owner on July 27, 2022, at 2:30 PM.
