Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs including certified non-profit organizations, are eligible for an LBE bid discount if the LBE is CMD certified. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Televise Existing Main Sewers; Trucking; Concrete Cast-In-Place Detectable Tiles; Manholes; Concrete; Rebar; Electrical; Concrete Catch Basin Frame; Valves; Piping Materials; Landscaping; and Paving for the Project advertised as: VARIOUS LOCATIONS SEWER REPLACEMENT NO. 13 (REBID) in San Francisco, CA (Contract #WW-709R).
