Seismic strengthening and renovation of Buildings A & B on the Gunn HS campus. Building A will be converted into a new food service facility, including a Culinary Arts lab and a Design Studio classroom. Building B will be remodeled into new Administrative offices and large meeting space. Once completed, Building K will be renovated into two new Science lab classrooms. Site work includes new outdoor eating spaces and entry and service entrance access.

Engineer's Estimate: $25,000,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: GUNN HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION AND FOOD SERVICE (Contract #GABK-22) located at 780 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94306. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
