| Description | WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, requests sub-bids on ALL TRADES from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: SUNNYBRAE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NEW MPR BUILDING (Project #22-05) located at 1031 S. Delaware St., San Mateo, CA 94401. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 2:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: SUB BIDS ARE DUE TO WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2022. Union Affiliations: Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter’s and Laborer’s Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
