Scope of Work: located along Minnesota Street from 23rd Street to 25th Street, and along 23rd Street, from Minnesota Street to Tennessee Street in San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, water, drainage, electrical streetlighting, structural, and landscaping work, traffic control, and all related work.

Engineer's Estimate: $2,300,000

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE Subcontractors. Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 25%. This Contract is subject to the City's Pilot Neighborhood LBE Program.
1. Project Zip Code LBE: A certified Small or Micro-LBE whose principal place of business is located in the same zip code as the zip code in which the project is located.
2. Neighborhood LBE: A certified Small or Micro-LBE whose principal place of business is located in the same Neighborhood as the Neighborhood in which the project is located, where "Neighborhood" is defined as any one of the 11 Supervisorial Districts as defined and established in the San Francisco Charter.

Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking; Concrete, inc. Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk; Cast in place detectable surface tiles; Manhole & Frame; VCP & DIP; Television Inspection; Add & Remove + prune trees & grind tree stumps; Paving with integral color; Landscaping, Planting Preparation, Salvage Boulders; Stone Seats & surface mounted benches; Design build irrigation system & modify existing; Weathering steel & Steel edging; and Electrical for the Project advertised as: MINNESOTA STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS in San Francisco, CA (Sourcing Event ID #0000002280). Bids are due to Owner on November 9, 2022, at 2:30 PM.
