The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 4.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; 12-lnch Diameter VCP Pipe; Standard Sewer Vent & Trap; Valves including Blowoff Valves; Manhole with frame & cover; Television Inspection; Landscaping inc. Tree Removal; Trucking including Disposal of Hazardous Waste; Asphalt Concrete Wearing Surface; Concrete; Landscape including temp tree protection; and Pull Boxes for the Project advertised as: PANHANDLE AND INNER SUNSET LARGE SEWER REHABILITATION in San Francisco, CA (Contract #WW-724).
