The Project consists of installation of non-bearing wood framed walls as indicated on plans. Modify water and electrical utilities within classroom spaces for reconnection or relocation. Install and repair gypsum board surfaces to match existing construction at new walls. Install accessory casework with sinks as indicated on plans. Make provisions for appliance utility connection. Appliances provided by District. Touch up paint and install wall base at areas of work. Install room identification and tactile exit signage.

OnPoint Construction, a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: BETTY REID SOSKIN MIDDLE SCHOOL WING 200 MODERNIZATION (Bid #1000004007) located at 1121 Allview Ave, El Sobrante, CA 94803. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on November 7, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
