| Description | MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, request Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED DBE and LBE to meet the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Subcontracting, Suppliers and Service Contractors requirement. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. The DBE Requirements can only be met with certified DBE's. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE and DBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE and DBE's are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Manholes; Catch Basins; VCP Pipe; Television Inspection; Rebar; Cast Iron Water Traps; Paving; Piping Materials; Trucking inc. Disposal of Hazardous Soils; Plastic Service Pipe; Concrete including Bus Pad & Curb for the Project advertised as: FOLSOM AREA STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS - SOMA AND MISSION DISTRICTS SEWER REPLACEMENT in San Francisco, CA (Contract #WW-719A). Bids are due to Owner on March 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
