| Description | MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE are requested to meet the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 8.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Manholes with Frame and Covers; Concrete Catch Basins; VCP Pipe & HDPE Pipe; Television Inspection; Rebar; Changeable Message Signs; Paving; Concrete Bus Pad; and Trucking for the Project advertised as: AS-NEEDED SPOT SEWER REPLACEMENT NO. 44 in San Francisco, CA (Contract #WW-716). Bids are due to Owner on February 2, 2023, at 2:00 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting subcontractor bids NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2023, in order for bids to be considered.
