Repair and Replacement of the windows and door at the south side of the north wing of the Napa Education center. Work includes replacement of most sash, repair of frames, reinforcement of door jamb, reinstallation of existing door, new awning, and painting of all areas affected by other work.

PINGUELO CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a General Contractor, requests quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including certified MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: NAPA EDUCATION CENTER - WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT NORTH WING (Project #1975.01) located at 2425 Jefferson St, Napa, CA 94558. General Contractor bids are due on February 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: SUBCONTRACTOR AND SUPPLIER BIDS ARE DUE TO PINGUELO CONSTRUCTION BY NOON ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2023.

Trades Needed Include: Windows, Demo, Doors, Painting, and Awning. Bonding may be required.
