The Project is generally described as: Door hardware replacement and maintenance at Mission High School and Everett Middle School to improve security control at the perimeter of the school campus and occupied rooms. This Work involves the following:
a. Replace existing cylindrical locksets and panic devices to feature double cylinder function.
b. Provide new doors or retrofit doors to suit new door hardware.
c. Repair or replace door frame to ensure proper security function of door and its lockset.
d. Repair, replace and/or adjust existing defective door hardware in addition to lever lockset/panic device replacement.
e. Install additional door hardware items to ensure proper function of door and security of occupied rooms.
f. Perform work after school hours and weekends.

Estimated Construction Value: $800,000

AUGUST-JAYE CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, is seeking quotes from all certified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following trades: Doors/Frames/Hardware Material and Installation the Project advertised as: SECURITY LOCKSET REPLACEMENT - PACKAGE 2B AT EVERETT MIDDLE SCHOOL AND MISSION HIGH SCHOOL (SFUSD Project #11902) located at 450 Church Street & 3750 18th Street in San Francisco, CA. General Contractor bids are due on February 21, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Subcontractor quotes are due to August-Jaye Construction NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2023, BY 10:00 AM, in order for bids to be considered.
