The project will rehabilitate approximately 9,428 lineal feet of water mains in the town of Grayson. The water mains bounded by Mary Street to the south, River Road to the west, Minnie Street to the North and Charles Street to the East are old steel undersized which are prone to leaks and low pressure. The project will replace the existing system with City Standard water mains, valves and hydrants to improve system reliability, flows and pressures.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete; curb/gutter & sidewalk replacement; PVC, gate valve materials; Saw Cutting; Fire Hydrant with check valve; Paving; Piping materials; and Trucking for the Project advertised as: GRAYSON COMMUNITY STRENGTHEN & REPLACE WATER MAINS in Modesto, CA (Contract #2023-09). Bids are due to Owner on February 14, 2023, at 11:00 AM.
