Scope of Work: at various locations throughout San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, curb ramp and bus pad installation, sewer replacement, electrical work, traffic control, and all related work.

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, requests Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE Subcontractors. Requirement for Micro-LBE subcontracting requirement is 18 percent and the Small-LBE subcontracting requirement is 4 percent for this Contract.

Mitchell Engineering encourages subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourages non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking inc. disposal hazardous waste; Message Signs; Concrete; Manholes; Paving; Concrete includes Bus Pad; Rebar; Television Inspection; Cast Iron Water Traps; Piping Materials includes VCP & PVC; and Catch Basins for the Project advertised as: PW VARIOUS LOCATIONS PAVEMENT RENOVATION NO. 60 AND SEWER REPLACEMENT (REBID) in San Francisco, CA (Sourcing Event ID No. 0000007995). Bids are due to Owner on April 12, 2023, at 2:30 PM.
