This Project is the interior renovation of an existing unsprinklered 1-story, 10,519 SF office building of Type VB construction. The previous use was business occupancy and the new tenants will also be business occupancy. The project includes new plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, new partitions, doors mill work, and finishes. Site improvements will also be made to make the site fully accessible. Curb ramps will be installed at aisles for a van and accessible space that will be restriped in the existing parking lot. Sidewalks will be repaired and/or resloped to meet accessible grades, and exterior egress lighting will be added to light the sidewalks. A new sidewalk to connect the existing paving at the building entry will be installed to connect to the public way. The rear patio will be regraded to create an accessible second means of egress. No changes will be made to the site utilities. Signage work to include modifying (E) signage at corner of Valley Drive and Park Place. New signage at (E) driveway and other parking information signs.

ARGO CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotations on “ALL TRADES" from all qualified subcontractors & suppliers, Prevailing Wage, and DIR Required for the Project advertised as: BRISBANE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES (Project #922A) located at 25 Park Place, Brisbane, CA 94005. General Contractor bids are due to owner on May 4, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
