MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, request Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE Subcontractors. Requirement for Micro-LBE subcontracting requirement is 25 percent. Only CMD certified Small and MicroLBEs for this Contract.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking including disposal hazardous waste; Message Signs; Concrete including Concrete Curb & Curb Ramp; Manholes; Paving; Aggregate Base for Bus Pad; Rebar; Television Inspection; Catch Basins; Piping Materials includes VCP & PVC for the Project advertised as: PW VARIOUS LOCATIONS PAVEMENT RENOVATION NO. 63 & SEWER REPLACEMENT in San Francisco, CA (Sourcing Event ID No. 0000005630). Bids are due to Owner on May 3, 2023, at 2:30 PM.
