The Project is generally described as: Conversion of two classrooms into a maker space and a gang restroom. The work includes, but not limited to: demolition, HAZMAT abatement, site works, new structural installations, changes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and ADA upgrade.

PLEASE NOTE: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be prequalified in order to bid on this project.

Estimated Construction Value: $735,000

EVRA CONSTRUCTION, INC., as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting bid quotations on "ALL TRADES" from all qualified Subcontractors and Suppliers, including DVBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: DELAINE EASTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MAKER SPACE (Project #22015.01) located at 34901 Eastin Drive, Union City, CA 94587. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on June 6, 2023, at 2:30 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: EVRA Construction is requesting Subcontractor and Supplier bids by 12:30 PM ON TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2023 (2 hours prior to bid time), in order for bids to be considered.
