The objective of the Project is to protect SFPUC access roads along San Andreas Lake and Reservoir by re-establishing eroded embankments and by constructing retaining walls. Additionally, the debris boom anchors will be replaced. The Work is to be performed in County of San Mateo, California.

The LBE subcontracting requirement is for San Francisco Micro and Small-LBE's and SFPUC Micro & Small.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control & Traffic Routing; Tree Removal; Asphalt Concrete Milling & Paving; SWPPP Erosion & Sediment Control Plan; Pile Driving; Shotcrete Wall; Concrete Warning Curb; Paving; Trucking - Off haul and Disposal; and Arroyo Willow Planting for the Project advertised as: SAN ANDREAS RESERVOIR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS in the cities of Millbrae and San Bruno (San Mateo County), CA (Contract #WD-2902). Bids are due to Owner on August 31, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
