Exterior renovations include demolition of existing site features for new playground and building entry. Modifications to the parking lot area and path of travel and minor off-site improvements.

OnPoint Construction, a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR", is requesting quotations from all qualified Subcontractors and Material Suppliers, including SBE/LBE/DVBE/DBE Subcontractors and Material Suppliers for the Project advertised as: SCCOE EARLY LEARNING CENTER - RIDDER PARK IEEEP (Bid No. B 04-22-23) located at 1290 Ridder Park Dr., San Jose, CA 95131. General Contractor bids are due to Owner on September 12, 2023, at 3:00 PM.

Trades and/or Material Suppliers Requested: Mechanical, Plumbers, Fire Protection, Electrician, Demo, Concrete, Landscapers, HVAC, Paving & Grading, and Play Structures.
