The Project is generally described as: Construction of converting the existing marching band rooms into a central production kitchen. The work includes, but is not limited to: site demolition, HAZMAT abatement, site work, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing & low voltage installations and ADA compliance related works.

Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District's Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be prequalified in order to bid on this project.

Estimated Construction Value: $5,000,000
