The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Installation of new theater rigging system at A.P. Giannini Middle School. Included is: Relocating existing dead hung battens; furnishing and installing electro-mechanical hoists, fixed speed hoists and control systems, cable management systems, furnishing and installing associated electrical and new production lighting. Perform work hours described in bid documents, including after hours and weekends.

Estimated Construction Value: $650,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, is seeking bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: A.P. GIANNINI MIDDLE SCHOOL THEATER RIGGING UPGRADES (SFUSD Project #11897) located at 3151 Ortega St., San Francisco, CA 94122. General Contractor bids are due on October 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Subcontractor/Supplier bids are due to Wickman Development & Construction NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2023, in order for bids to be considered.

Participation Goals: It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost.
