Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project. Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Trucking inc. disposal hazardous waste; Message Signs; Concrete; Manholes Frame & Cover; Paving; Concrete includes Concrete Curb; Rebar; Television Inspection; Electrical; Piping Materials includes VCP; and Design of Structural Supports for the Project advertised as: HUNTERS POINT, CENTRAL WATERFRONT, AND POTRERO HILL AREA STREETS PAVEMENT RENOVATION AND SEWER REPLACEMENT in San Francisco, CA (Sourcing Event ID No. 0000007433). Bids are due to Owner on November 8, 2023, at 2:30 PM.
