Demolition of the existing, single-story clubhouse, trellis, and public restroom. Construction of a new single-story multi-purpose community building, a stand-alone public restroom and a trash enclosure. Scope includes site work, building core and shell, interior improvements, MEP, fire protection, audio alarm security systems (no CCTV). Work includes ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.

Engineer's Estimate: $6,500,000

WICKMAN DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION, as a General Contractor, is seeking bids from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the Project advertised as: WILLARD PARK CLUBHOUSE & RESTROOM REPLACEMENT (Specification #23-11596-C) located at 2720 Hillegass Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94705. General Contractor bids are due on November 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Subcontractor/Supplier bids are due to Wickman Development & Construction NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2023, in order for bids to be considered.

Participation Goals: It is the intent of Wickman Development and Construction to reach out to DVBE/LBE/DBE/SBE/MBE/WBE firms and suppliers and provide them with an equal opportunity to bid this project in accordance with the goals established and then to fairly review and choose to include complete and timely submitted bids in our bid to the Owner based on cost.
