The objective of the Project is to replace aging water facilities which have a history of reoccurring main breaks in order to improve reliability of distribution system and pavement renovation. The Work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of existing water mains with 8-inch and 16-inch ductile iron pipe on Jersey Street from Douglass to Church Streets, on Diamond Street from 26th to 23rd Streets, on Douglass Street from 25th to 23rd Streets, and on Elizabeth Street from Hoffman Avenue to Castro Street. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Trucking & hazardous waste disposal; Concrete; Rebar; Welding; 4, 6, 8 and 16 inch ductile iron gate valves; 2 inch Air Valve/Blow off Assembly; Ductile Iron Puch-On Joint Pipe 4, 6,8 inch plus fittings & 16 Inch Ductile Iron Restrained Push-On Joint Pipe for the Project advertised as: 8-INCH AND 16-INCH DUCTILE IRON WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT ON JERSEY STREET FROM DOUGLASS STREET TO CHURCH STREET AND VARIOUS STREET LOCATIONS in San Francisco, CA (Contract #WD-2765). Bids are due to Owner on January 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
