Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the new Long Term Parking Garage No. 2 Project at SFO. They are currently prequalifying subcontractors for the Surface Parking Lot Upgrades Trade Package. This Trade Package consists of crack seal, slurry seal, and re-striping of the existing Lot D Long Term Surface Parking Lot, Lot DD Long Term Surface Parking Lot, and the Lot C Employee Surface Parking Lot to add approximately 551 additional surface parking stalls. Lot D is approximately 1,100,000 SF, Lot D is approximately 405,358 SF, and Lot C is approximately 170,000 SF. The Trade Package also includes temporary traffic control, minor site demolition, relocation of approximately 89 existing street light poles onto new foundations, removal of 5 existing bus shelters, installation of 5 new bus shelters onto existing concrete pads including all related electrical and lighting work, installation of 1 entirely new bus shelter, and installation of new traffic, regulatory, and wayfinding signage.

Nibbi Brothers is currently prequalifying subcontractors for the project known as: SAN FRANCISCO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LONG TERM PARKING GARAGE NO. 2.
