The objective of the Project to replace the existing sewers and street pavement at various locations within the City and County of San Francisco. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

Engineer's Estimate: $9,000,000

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, request Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE Subcontractors and Materiel/Equipment Suppliers to meet the Subcontracting Participation Requirement of 15.00%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Trucking; Non-Hazardous soils; Traffic Control; 12, 15, 21 inch VCP Pipe; 12 & 14 inch HDPE Pipe; 10 inch VCP - Culvert (Conditional Item); Television Inspection; Manholes, Frame & Cover; Air Vent & Trap Assembly; Cast Iron Water Trap for existing Catch Basin; and Traffic Control for the Project advertised as: VARIOUS LOCATIONS SEWER REPLACEMENT NO. 14 (Contract #WW-725). Bids are due to Owner on February 15, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting subcontractor bids NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2024, in order for bids to be considered.
