The objective of the Project is to provide contingency-based as-needed replacement of sections of existing sewer pipelines on short notice at locations to be determined within the City and County of San Francisco. The Work is to be performed in San Francisco, California.

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, request Sub Bids from ALL QUALIFIED AND/OR CERTIFIED LBE Subcontractors and Materiel/Equipment Suppliers to meet the Subcontracting Participation Requirement of 8%. The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Vendors and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Manholes with Frames; Concrete Catch Basins; Manholes, Frame & Cover; Television Inspection Existing & Post Const; VCP; HDPE Pipe; and Paving for the Project advertised as: AS-NEEDED SPOT SEWER REPLACEMENT NO. 45 (Contract #WW-748). Bids are due to Owner on February 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Mitchell Engineering is requesting subcontractor bids NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024, in order for bids to be considered.
