Description | The Project consists of design, construction, permitting, and activation, commissioning, training, and close-out of the following Project elements: 1. Refurbishment and replacement of the IWTP facilities: Design and construction services to replace and upgrade. 2. Design and construction of a new 8000-sf Operations Administration & Laboratory Building and remodel of the old administration and laboratory space to support employee locker rooms and training spaces. 3. Design and construction of new Sludge Drying Beds to support both the IWTP and SWTP after demolishing the existing 1.5 acres of Sludge Drying Beds. 4. Design and installation of a new Recycled Water Plant using Membrane Filtration and UltraViolet disinfection treatment units. 5. The Project will also consist of repairs to the existing SWTP systems. |

Description | Monterey Mechanical Company as a prime proposer for this $51.2 million design-build project and teamed with MWH Americas Inc., cordially solicits a letter of interest from certified San Francisco CMD LBE (local small or micro) sub-consultants to participate in the engineering and design of this plant upgrade. Selected sub-consultants must be willing to provide lump sum design fees for their scope of work no later than March 14, 2016, at 2 PM. PLEASE NOTE: Monterey Mechanical is requesting a Letter of Interest by Noon on Mar 9th.
