Scope of Work: located along Minna Street from Salesforce Transit Center to 3rd Street and along Natoma Street from 2nd Street to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) in District 6 of San Francisco, California, and consists of demolition, environmental, sewer, water, paving, structural, traffic signal, street light, streetscape, traffic control, and all related work.

The LBE subcontracting requirement Bid discounts may be applied as per Administration Code Chapter 14B. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20%.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and request Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; Concrete Base, Bus Pad & Pavement; Television Inspection existing & post Const; Concrete Pavement & Concrete Colored Pavement; Trucking; Manholes, Frame & Cover; Granite Cobble Paving; Irrigation & Box Trees; Landscape Painting; Television Inspection; Design of Structural Support; and Signal Face with Type 1 LED Arrows for the Project advertised as: MINNA NATOMA STREETSCAPE PROJECT (Sourcing Event ID #0000005008). Bids are due to Owner on August 7, 2024, at 2:30 PM.
