Fire and life safety work includes new automatic fire sprinkler system and new automatic fire alarm system. Renovation includes but not limited to new roofing, exterior brick repair work, new boilers and piping, new lighting and security, building interiors and re-grading andre-striping of existing play yards. Work shall also include hazardous material abatement and removal as described in the drawings and specified in Appendix A of the Construction Documents. Engineer's Estimate is $11,000,000. |
