Scope of Work: located along 7th, 8th, Clay, and Leavenworth Streets at various locations in Districts 2, 3, 5 & 6 of San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, sewer main replacement, localized base repair, curb ramp construction, bus pad installation, traffic control, and all related work.

Engineer's Estimate: $7,200,000

The LBE subcontracting requirement can only be met with CMD certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 22%.

Mitchell Engineering encourage subcontractors quotes to utilize other LBE firms through second tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of materials. In addition, all Material/Equipment Suppliers LBE are requested to forward bids. Mitchell Engineering also encourage non-LBE subcontractors/sub-tiers/material suppliers to submit bids for the following project.

Mitchell Engineering will be bidding as a Prime and request Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control, Traffic Routing; Concrete, Curb, Curb Ramp and Bus Pad; Television Inspection Existing & Post Const; 12-inch VCP Sewer; Trucking includes Hazardous Waste; Manholes, Frame & Cover; Cast Iron Water Trap for Existing Catch Basin; Environmental Work; Paving & Retroreflective Pavement Markings; and Changeable Message Board for the Project advertised as: 8th St, Clay St, and Leavenworth St Pavement Renovation and Sewer Replacement (Sourcing Event ID #0000005928). Bids are due to Owner on August 14, 2024, at 2:30 PM.
