The Project includes, but is not limited to, performing the following Work: Furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, except as herein specified; and doing all work associated with removing and installing sanitary sewer mains, sewer laterals, maintenance holes, cleanouts, curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, street patch, water pollution control, traffic controls and all other associated work to complete the project at the locations designated in the plans.

Engineer's Estimate: $6,500,000 - $7,500,000

MITCHELL ENGINEERING, a San Francisco Contractor and Equal Opportunity Employer, will be bidding as a Prime and requests Subcontractors/Material Suppliers, and Trucking proposals in the format of the Bid Form for the following trades: Traffic Control; 8" and 10" HOPE Sewer Pipe; 8", l 0", l 2" & 15" PVC; 12", 15" and 17" CIPP Liner; Paving; Concrete, Curb & Gutter; Reconstruct Colored Concrete Surface; and Paving Striping and Marking for the Project advertised as: CYCLIC SEWER REPLACEMENT, PHASE 21 (PW No. 05-24-15). Bids are due to Owner on October 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
